Very customer friendly. No deposit needed, and no issues about late checkout. Room service was efficient. The room was clean but on the smaller side. however, the bed and bathroom were quite comfortable. Located in Timog, there are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only downside was the lack of public transport, requiring taxis or Grab to get around. The air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy, affecting my sleep, but my room cleaning was outstanding—everything was organized nicely. Overall, a solid choice for a quick stay in the area.

The staff here are super friendly and went out of their way to help me. I was pleasantly surprised by the dining options. the restaurant had some yummy dishes! The room was cozy, but the bathroom could've been a bit bigger. Would've liked more space to put my stuff. Overall, a good experience!
